Cheltenham care home celebrates top ten – Gloucestershire News Service


Monkscroft Care Centre, a nursing and dementia home in Cheltenham run by The Orders of St John Care Trust, has achieved a rare top 10 rating on consumer review website – thanks to its residents and their families.

Residents of the 80-bed nursing home and their loved ones can submit reviews based on eleven criteria: facilities, care/support, cleanliness, dignified treatment, food and drink, staff, activities, management, safety/security, rooms and report price quality. money.

A recent comment posted on the website by Vicky, a resident’s daughter, said: ‘I was delighted to have a place for mum in this popular and exceptional care home. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful in helping her get settled. She says the staff are lovely.

“They know her so well after just 2 weeks. My mind and our family now have peace of mind.

The care home has an outstanding CQC rating and a team of around 130 people covering day and night roles.
